The ice is progressing but not ready to start league play tomorrow. Leagues will start Monday Nov 13th. We hope to have practice ice available later this week and will email again to let everyone know when we will be open.
Once again, sorry for the delays.
Good afternoon everyone,
Due to the latest difficulties with the ice and equipment we are now estimating a start date of Monday November 6th. We apologize for the delays but they are out of our control. With the installation of the new floor and connection to the ice plant next spring this should be the last season that we have to worry about this.
Thanks to everyone for their continued patience.
I am sure that you are thoroughly enjoying the extended summer weather. Unfortunately this means that the ice installation is progressing slowly and we are currently forecasting our leagues to start one week later than expected on Monday October 30th.
We will have a much better idea by the middle of next week and will pass another update to confirm the actual start date.
Teams have been formed and you should be contacted shortly.
For those curling Monday doubles, teams will be drawn on the first night. We ask that you show up by 7:15 to draw teams and quickly go over the rules for those new to the game, and to refresh the remaining players who have enjoyed the time away.
Our open house will be held Saturday September 23rd from 10AM until 2PM and then on Wednesday 27th from 7PM until 9PM.
Come out and register for this years curling.
Interested in curling but have never tried before?
Why not come out to the open house and check out our Learn to Curl program.
All needed equipment is supplied, all that you need is a pair of cleanshoes.
Our WineSpiel is set for Saturday November 18th.
This is a great way to celebrate the wines of Prince Edward County. The event entry includes snacks, lunch, dinner and a tasting of selected county wines
